Warranty Information

The Lifetime Cutting Board is
unconditionally warranted by Lifetime
Industries, Inc. to be free of all latent
material and manufacturing defects
for 5 years from the date of
original purchase.

Damage caused by physical or chemical abuse or damage from excessive heat will not be warranted.
If a latent material or manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, please contact Lifetime Industries, Inc. Lifetime Industries, Inc. reserves the right to either repair or replace the product with one of similar quality. If the warranty claim is denied, Lifetime, Industries, Inc. will so inform the purchaser in writing within 10 (ten) days after the product is inspected. Based upon the purchaser’s desire, Lifetime Industries, Inc. will either return the defective product to the original purchaser or sell the purchaser a replacement product at the original purchaser price. If the warranty claim is approved, the repaired or replaced product will be returned to the purchaser pre-paid along
with the original shipping costs.

To obtain a “return material authorization” (RMA) number, contact Lifetime Industries, Inc. at the address listed below. If available, the product is to be returned in the original shipping container or in a similar type of secure protective container with a return address noted. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product for warranty service to the following address.
